Recently, I completed the Google Project Management Certification and became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. 

Google’s Project Management Certification Courses yielded tangible results as I refined my communication skills, perfected stakeholder management, conducted rigorous risk analysis, and enhanced my comprehension of the project life cycle. These achievements have empowered me to excel as a more adept and successful Project Manager.

The Scrum Master Certification has enhanced my proficiency in the Agile framework while providing me with a comprehensive understanding of Scrum within the Agile project management methodology. This knowledge empowers teams to systematically execute projects and product releases in stages, facilitating continuous customer input throughout the process.

My journey into the area of IT and business analysis began with dedicated cohort learning, where I attained a certification in IT Operations Business Analysis/Quality Assurance. Prior to that, my foundation was built in administrative roles, giving me a keen eye for detail and a enthusiasm for efficient organizational processes. Not one to say no to an opportunity,  I ventured into self-employment, offering engagement marketing services to clients and honing my leadership, relationship building and creativity through managing a team of brand ambassadors that worked to bring marketing initiatives to life.

As a certified administrative professional, I bring a wealth of experience in optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflows. My goal is to leverage my diverse background to bring a fresh perspective to the IT landscape.
